We deserve better!  The HOA Management contract is one of our largest expenses as owners.  Yet FirstService Residential hasn't lived up to expectations when it comes to protecting our investment in our homes.  We have concerns about staff who are not proactive, do not walk our parcels, and who often seem unfamiliar with covenants and restrictions.  

This is a tool to share our frustrations, concerns, and dismay directly with the owners of FirstService Residential.  We have faith in our HOA board of directors, and they are doing a good job, but they may not always be aware of the range of issues with FirstService Residential.  This tool is intended to help them track concerns as well.

As owners, you have legal rights, and your attorney should be consulted for any concerns, such as illegal rentals, Airbnb properties, lack of covenant enforcement (including painting, landscaping, and turf), and nuisance issues (including cars with expired tags), and an unkempt commercial lot, all of which can impact your quality of life and home values here in the greater Laurel community.
